Horse Arenas + Round Pens
A horse arena or round pen is built to provide a controlled space for training horses, allowing for focused work on specific skills, particularly in the early stages of training, through ground work like longeing or liberty work, due to the smaller enclosed area that encourages closer interaction between the horse and handler, making it safer and more effective than working in a large open space; it can also be used for basic riding practice and rehabilitation of injured horses.
